This place makes working out enjoyable! I love all the instructors, they make a point to get to know everyone and are wonderful at creating an energetic atmosphere. I am the kind of person that needs motivation so the encouragement to push myself really helps me give my best! All of the people who go are so friendly as well. I found myself going way more often than I thought I would, and started noticing results pretty quickly.
So worth YOUR TIME & MONEY!! I love this place!! Intense work outs, surrounded by awesome people motivating you the whole way, can't go wrong there. Best membership I have ever signed up for.
This is the best workout I've ever done!! Since I joined in January, I've seen serious results! Workouts are awesome and the instructors are amazing! They know you by name, are always willing to give advice, and cheer you every step of the way to achieving your goals!
