    What to Expect on Your First Day at Thrive Henderson

    Before You Come In

    Wear athletic clothes you can move in. Bring water. That's it — no equipment required for your first class. Angela or Ashlei will text you to confirm your time.

    When You Walk In

    Arrive 10 minutes early. We'll show you around the studio at 605 Mall Ring Cir #130, get you set up at a bag, and walk you through the basics so nothing feels unfamiliar when class starts.

    Your First Class

    45 minutes. Bag-based. Coached every round. Angela or Ashlei will keep an eye on you, call out modifications, and make sure you finish strong.

    After Class

    Hydrate, breathe, and notice how you feel. Most first-timers leave already planning their next class. We'll help you book it on the spot if you're ready.
